KUSTOS ULTRA BT A40 swing gate automation with Wi-Fi controller. With a smartphone and the “Smart Life” app, you can control your yard gate remotely. You can assign access to family members or temporary access to craftsmen, housekeepers or nannies. The Wi-Fi controller is equipped with position sensors that will allow you to see the gate status in real time, so you will always know when the gate was opened/closed.
“Smart Life” is a smart home system where you can control not only yard or garage gates. but also gates, video surveillance cameras, lighting and other devices.
Electromechanical, easy-to-install kit (2 drives) PHOBOS N with a control unit and a two-channel rolling code receiver, designed for swing gates up to 8 meters wide, up to 1000 kg in weight. The control unit has a self-test function. Power supply voltage 24V.
The sealed housing protects the electronic and mechanical components from impacts and aggressive environmental conditions.
All gate opening functions can be easily programmed depending on the user's needs and usage characteristics. The control unit is safely installed under the protective housing, easily accessible and easy to operate.
The built-in security system stops the gate when it hits an obstacle, so that when closing the gate it does not crush an object in its path (only version with 24V power supply).
With the help of photocells, the gate is stopped if the elements detect an upcoming obstacle.
