Features:

Used for door openings with door frames.
Designed for installation in a plasterboard wall, when using an aluminum profile 100mm wide.
Covered with a single sheet of plasterboard on both sides, the total wall thickness is 125mm.
Covered with a double sheet of plasterboard on both sides, the total wall thickness is 150mm.
Max possible door leaf thickness 40mm.
Passage opening 2100mmx1400mm.

Sliding system:

The rail is made of aluminum, with PVC side profile sections. which extend the rail to the thickness of the wall with decoration.
The set includes 4 pcs. hangers with wheels, with a load capacity of up to 100 kg. The hangers are equipped with
fasteners, hanger holders, support for the door leaf.
The track with wheels has been tested for 50,000 cycles.
The sliding system is guaranteed for 10 years.

Frame:

The metal box structure is made of galvanized steel,
the thickness is 0.5 mm on the sides and the rear part of the profile, and 0.8 mm
in the profile sections.
• The side of the metal box is made of a single piece of sheet steel
and has vertical waves at a distance of 100 mm from each other. On the side there are
also 6 x 0.6 mm horizontal profiles made of galvanized steel, which reinforce
the frame and facilitate the fastening of the plasterboard sheet using the special screws provided.
• The upper profile allows you to fix the track during assembly.
• The kit includes 2 tensioners that need to be inserted into the frame during installation and 120 pcs.

The set includes decorative aluminum-colored trim covering the upper wheels of the sliding system and trim covering the gap between the glass and the box into which the sash is pushed.

Slow-down:

During installation or as needed later, a door closing slow-down system can be added.
