Features:

Used for door openings without door frames.
Designed for installation in plasterboard walls, when using an aluminum profile 75mm wide.
Covered with a single sheet of plasterboard on both sides, the total wall thickness is 100mm.
Covered with a double sheet of plasterboard on both sides, the total wall thickness is 125mm.
Max. possible door leaf thickness is 40mm.
Passage opening 2100mmx14000mm.

Sliding system:

The rail is made of aluminum, with PVC side profile sections. which extend the rail to the thickness of the wall with decoration.
The set includes 2 pcs. hangers with Teflon wheels, which have 4 independent bearings each, so the sliding system works silently, with minimal movement to the sides. The load-bearing capacity of all wheels is up to 125 kg. The hangers are complete with fasteners, hanger brackets, and a support for the door leaf.
The rail with wheels has been tested for 50,000 cycles.
The sliding system is guaranteed for 10 years.

Frame:

The metal box structure is made of galvanized steel,
the thickness is 0.5 mm on the sides and the rear part of the profile, and 0.8 mm
in the profile sections.
• The side of the metal box is made of a single piece of sheet steel
and has vertical waves at a distance of 100 mm from each other. On the side there are
also 6 x 0.6 mm horizontal profiles made of galvanized steel, which reinforce
the frame and facilitate the fastening of the plasterboard sheet using the special screws provided.
• The upper profile allows you to fix the rail during assembly.
• The set includes 2 tensioners that need to be inserted into the frame during installation and 120 pcs.
