III MECHANICAL CLASS

The door is made of a coniferous timber frame, clad on both sides with HDF boards, the filling is made of perforated chipboard. Door leaf edge protected by a stainless steel profile. FD12 fixed metal frame, optionally adjustable. The door is of mechanical class 3.

STANDARD EQUIPMENT:

• mortise lock with stainless steel face plate WK, WB and WC versions
• reinforced three-piece hinges type T (‘70’-‘110’ - 3 pcs.)
• reinforcement for the door closer
• stainless steel protection of the sash edge (lock side and hinge side)

FRAMES:

• Powder coated frame as standard in white (RAL 9016, 9003), grey (RAL 7047), brown (RAL 8014), beige (RAL 1001), graphite (RAL 7024).
• Fixed metal FD12 made of 1.5 mm thick steel sheet with rebate seal.
• Adjustable metal made of 1.5 mm thick sheet steel (at an extra charge).

FINISHES:

• Plain surface covered with the CPL 0.15 laminate (LAMISTONE);
• CPL 0.2; CPL 0.5; CPL 0.7 or 0.8 mm thick HPL. 0.8 mm. *Contact by email.
