Interior doors "05" Class III mechanical resistance

These interior doors meet Class III mechanical resistance requirements and are designed for intensive use. They are ideal for public buildings such as schools, kindergartens, hospitals, as well as industrial and storage facilities where durability and longevity are essential.

Door Construction:

• A strong wooden frame reinforced with two vertical strips joined with plywood.
• A reinforced bottom rail ensures structural stability.
• The core is made of perforated particle board, providing excellent sound insulation and mechanical resistance.

These doors are a reliable solution for high-traffic areas, ensuring durability, functionality, and an aesthetically pleasing appearance.

Door Finish:

Smooth surface – painted, veneered, or covered with CPL laminate (0.2 to 0.7 mm thick), HPL laminate (0.7 to 1 mm thick), or wood-like foil.

DOOR LEAF

The door leaf is constructed with a wooden frame, reinforced with two vertical strips joined with plywood, featuring a reinforced lower frame. The core is made of perforated particle board for enhanced durability.

GLAZINGS

Tempered 4 mm or laminated 22.1 glass pane.

DOOR FRAME

Adjustable Class III mechanical resistance door frame, made of 22 mm thick MDF boards, with special reinforcement for the strike plate in the form of a pine strip and an angular strike plate.
